What are Melrose Terrace's office hours?

While tours at Melrose Terrace are available by appointment, our main leasing office located in Stoneham, MA is open Monday through Friday from 9am–4pm and assists with leasing and resident inquiries for this community.

How many apartments are at Melrose Terrace?

Melrose Terrace is an 18-unit community offering one studio and 17 one-bedroom apartments in Wakefield.

What utilities are included in the rent?

Heat, hot water, water, sewer, and trash removal are included in rent for studios and one-bedroom apartments. Residents are responsible for electricity.

Is laundry available onsite?

Yes. Laundry is located on the first floor and offers coin or card payment options.

Is parking available?

Yes. Outdoor parking is free and unassigned, with one parking space provided per licensed driver on the lease (up to two for one-bedrooms).

Are pets allowed?

No, the community is not pet-friendly.

What internet and cable provider is available?

Xfinity provides high-speed internet and cable services to the community, offering reliable connectivity for streaming, working from home, gaming and everyday browsing needs.

Is renters insurance required?

Yes. Residents must maintain $100,000 liability renters insurance.

How do residents pay rent?

Rent can be paid online through the resident portal.
